How to know what is what we really want?

March 8, 2008 · 1 Comment

Aha, we have arrived at the question of the million. If I had a prescription to answer that question, I would make a program of TV where respond that doubt to him to a single person and would have thousands of million viewers and hearing. It is possible that the basic question that all human being must answer itself when enters the adult age is so difficult to answer? Perhaps the human beings do not know what we want?

Perhaps it is possible that we do not have nor the most remote idea of which we want, in many cases but in almost all? If, it is possible. Perhaps it is an analogy of which the Principe of Saint Exupery said: The essential is invisible to the eyes. We would say, the Question that Seems More obvious is Most difficult To respond. Not in vain the psychologists proliferate and psychoanalysts who search our soul in look for that answer. But although there is no a prescription that says to us what mechanism to use for knowing it, we can give some tracks.

First it is to differentiate to want from to wish. The things that I want to not always are those that I desire and vice versa. To want to have something is to want it, simply, so that my mind wants that I have it. To wish it is a less mental feeling, and than it is lived more with the body, with the senses. I at this moment wish a chocolate ice cream, but I do not want for my future a chocolate ice cream, I don´t know if the difference is understood. We want with the mind, we wish with the body, the soul and the heart yet. The Science To become Rich is a mental attitude, is to want but that to wish. And what I want for my future, which I want to have, to have, to enjoy, to be, is something that I must visualize it in my mind, not to mix it with sensations or feelings. Science is mental, so that the mind creates, the heart or desire does not create.

The second is the deep introspection. There is no another way. I said in a post of some days ago that everybody has not been wanting nor truly is prepared to be rich, with all the problems that it can carry. There it is the point where we must be absolutely sincere with we our self. In the generalized case more of the readers of this blog, they will agree with me that when one arrives at certain adult age, is difficult to know what it is really wanted. This is thus so that we have been lived much, have seen many things, have been verified that the life is something so complex and complete, that one really does not know whereupon part of the life to remain, where to put the accent. It is why the sincerity with one is fundamental. Nobody as you is to say what is what you really want, but nobody as you will deceive to you so easily. It is a two-way road. And we must be sincere with ourselves, with whom but?

And the third track is “bloody more”, to give an adjective: it is to think about our personal history. The ways that we have taken and left, the place from where we come, our frustrations of kids, which sometimes we wanted to be and we did not animate ourselves or they did not let to us be, the frustrations of our parents who still weigh on us. Really, the history of our own life. That history is in the root of which we are, therefore to remove or to interpret our objectives from our same history, could not never be something other people’s to us. And perhaps we find there what really we want forwards, towards the future.

To watch to us but in history, in our history, to count it like a film and to remove there from what we need, the direction that we looked for, the future that we yearned for but without knowing it. It is obvious to mention that this is simply a way indication, each one must take the best thing than it sees and follow it. In the future, far but closely together, is there what we wished. Wattles knew it, and thus he wrote it.

The road of Wallace Wattles

September 26, 2007 · Leave a Comment

When I began to read the book of The Science of Getting Rich of Wallace Wattles I had the feeling of being before somebody that told us something that we already knew that it was this way, as he said it. The sensation of that known was present during the whole afternoon that I used in reading the book. It was as if I visited a place in which had already been before. As if inside my mind I already knew what was to read.

Not there is anything in the book that collides or go in against or at least it sings out of tune with things that we already know, at least those that we have worried at some time for how the human life works. It is all very natural and very clear one. We forge our future, and therefore we have the possibility to modify it to will with our mind, the most powerful mechanism that has created the nature and that no technology will be able to equal.

The only thing that it surprises, the first time that one reads the book, it is the reference to the amorphous substance. The intelligent, omnipresent, infinitely powerful and “wise” substance is a reference that perturbs who reads the book per time first. But it stops and it was a to re-discover something that already knew. There are rakes of that substance that are beginning to appear in the universe through the physics and the astronomy. Although it seems exaggerated to venture, I believe that this substance will be known in some decades, and that will become the biggest discovery that the human being can make in this universe.

For all these things the book of Wattles is something more than a simple book. It is like a magic recipe granted by somebody that at some time knew more, he saw something more and he translated it for us. And it is for this reason that one reads in so easy and quick form.

The vision of the future in the present

August 11, 2007 · Leave a Comment

The future is not something that is hoping to us gracefully, lengthy in some place through where we will happen surely. The future it is daily, constant construction, that we built every day.

A place in the future does not exist, doesn’t are spaces nor sites that to visit. The places and the sites will take shape as we are building our future. This astonishes to me: the key of the Wattles Method is to think, to vision an image as we want that it is. But that image we do not have to imagine it in the future, only in present and the present concrete. The idea is something complicated idea, but if I really don’t understand it, the Method of Wallace Wattles will not work for me.

That is to say, if I want a great and beautiful house, but I imagine it, and I imagine within the house, but I have grey hairs and seventy years, that will not happen. That is to say, it is because the future will escape towards the future. The vision must be now, at this moment I want the house, at this moment I want that it happens something, because later it is the future, and the future does not exist.

Of course that the house will not be materialized in front of my eyes, and that time will demand, long time inclusively perhaps, until it arrives to me. This depends on my faith and the clear thing of my vision. But my vision must happen now, not in the future. In this form, the substance will create my house as soon as possible, it will start up, and I will have it.

Guessing the future by Wallace D. Wattles

August 4, 2007 · Leave a Comment

At times I ask me why so much desperation in the people exists by guessing the future. If one thinks it superficially, it would be seems that “all we want to know what is going to pass us”. Really this is not true. If you are a 25 years young man and they tell you that your father is going to die, that is 70 years old, a thing more than probable that occur in a nearby future still inside your own life, you feel desperate and dead of pain. And only is a play of odds. (more…)
